Its not very easy. You have to do somethings to get there.

Marine
To get into the news paper you need to capture a criminal, kill a criminal, almost kill a criminal or do somethings to get kicked out of the marines. If your a secrete orgization then you will most likely not be in the paper for any acomplishements you make.

Pirate
To get in the news paper is very easy as a pirate. If you defeat someone. If you escape from the marines or get captured by the marines. If you destroy pirate ships. If you beat someone strong.

Bounty Hunter
You have to catch someone with a high bounty.

Bandit
Take over a town, defeat someone strong.
