The kabuto and the perfect clima-tact
Usopp can use 3 impact dials an has a reflect dial, an he has the kabuto
Nami has two pistols, her perfect clima-tact.

Usopp stomps, he can easily just impact dial shes weak she cant take it.
As seen in the show usopp takes alot of pain so her lightning will not affect usopp as much as it should.

No usopp, can easily when she makes a tornado or a lightning storm, he can abosrb it with a impact dial then send it back at her! Usopp stomps her he is better then nami, an chopper!
