History: Kagirinai was born in the sea of East blue. he was abandoned at birth by his parents why not even he knows. He was raised up in the care of an elderly couple whom lived on a farm.They raised him as if he was their own son nursing him making sure he was healthy and being proper parents to him.

Kagirinai was trained by the elderly couple in the way of assassination. Both having been paid assassins back in their youth working for the world government hunting down high bountied pirates killing them and handing them over to the world government for the half the bounty. The elderly couple trained Kagirinai as they had been trained by their masters in the art of Espionage, Sabotage, Assassination and Countermeasures.

But Kagirinai he was always been different from other children. As a young child all he cared about was learning and never making friends. he threw himself into study when he was only five reading every book he could get his hands on. Along with reading he also took an interest in the art of swordsmen ship. he trained at his home towns dojo everyday when he could, he read books to help create his own style of swordsmen ship.

When he was 10 years of age he stumbled upon a strange silvery coloured fruit. The bottom of it was made of metal as it was stem. he was curious by this fruit and took a bite as he ate the middle of it out. But that was his mistaken he soon discovered from a book he had eaten a Devil Fruit the Tetsu Tetsu no Mi the Iron iron Fruit turning him into an iron man.

Instead of cursing himself he took this new power and developed it into his own sword style the Tetsurtouryuu (Sword of the iron dragon). A sword using two swords as the main attack. he also created his own style of hand to hand combat to use when he couldn't use his swords the Tetsuryuuken or (Iron Dragon Fist).

Kagirinai trained himself day in and day out. he would train during the day physically and train at night mentally by reading. He found a talent in cooking . he cooked with the cheifs from the resturants in town learning from them. he became skilled in the art of cooking and cooked for the resturants of his hometown on the weekends. But his home town was atatcked by bandits and burnt to the ground.

Kagirinai in rage killed them without any remorse. He was horror stricken with what he had done and saw to only kill when necessary. Sadly he has not been able to stick to his oath as a pirate form the past ten years. he is searching for the right crew to join but none have come across. So for now he travels the sea as a mercenary pirate. He has taken many jobs including Espionage, Sabotage, Assassination and Countermeasures from many from the world governments, villages, nobles, marines and pirates. He has killed many some high nobles and even some marines and pirates.

For some odd reason Kagirinail always liked bombs. he practiced defusing them and building his own in his spare time. Using it as a hobby of hisd. Makai is a hired hitman foir anyone with the highest price. From killing Pirates to high nobles and marine officials across the globe

Personality:Is a cold, calm and collected individual. it is nearly imposible to anger him as nothing effects him. he dislikes violence and normally tries to avoid fighting. If necessary he will fight. He prefers to fight using strategy. He strikes his opponents weaknesses once found.

Kagirinai will strike his opponents and try to defeat them as quickly as possible without using to much energy. In battle he is cold and ruthless and hands his enemies no mercy and will kill them if it is necessary. When the time comes he never back down and will continue to fight. he is loyal and protective of his friends so if he must he will die to protect them from harm.

When is it talking to someone he won't hold back he will tell them what he thinks of them without a care. if someone has a flaw he will tell them right out. if he doesn't like them he will do the same. He will ask anything without a thought.

Devil Fruit

1) Tetsu Tetsu no Tetsuryuu no Houkou (iron Iron: Roar of the Iron Dragon): Kagirinai breaths in puffing his cheeks up summong up his liquid metal. He will then unleash a jet of spiralling metal shards at his target that will shred them apart> Used for long range combat but can be used up close.

2) Tetsu Tetsu no Tetsuryuu no ken (Iron iron: Blade of the Iron Dragon): Similar to Iron Dragon's Club, he transforms his arm or leg into a large steel blade. the sword can also function like a chainsaw, effectively increasing its damage. he can extend this blade for long range combat but mainly uses it for close range

3) Tetsu Tetsu no Tetsuryuu kon (Iron iron: Iron Dragon Club): He transforms his arm or leg into a large steel club, increasing punching and kicking power. He can also create multiple smaller clubs from the end of the original, hitting many enemies at once. Can be used for close and long range attacks. He can continue to extend them as long he has metal to eat.

4) Tetsuu Tetsu no Tetsuryuu Gou Ken (Iron Iron: Hard Fist of the Iron Dragon): Kagirinai will encase one of his hands in complete metal. he will lunge at his opponent. The metal around his fist will expand into a giant fist of metal. he will then deliver a strong punch to his opponent

5) Tetsuu Tetsu no Tetsuryuu Sukeru (Iron Iron: Scales of the Iron Dragon): Makai will encase his entire body in meta. The metal will start to form taking the shapes of scales covering Makai's entire body in lizard like scales that are hard as diamond. Perfect for a good defence and a boost in offence.

6) Tetsu Tetsu no Hanma (iron Iron hammer): Kagirinai will first spit out liquid metal from his mouth. The metal will solidify into a giant metal hammer. He can extend and deextend the size making it larger or smaller by removing metal or putting more metal into it. he can make is close range or long range. He can make the hammer bigger enough to even knock down a mountain if needed.

7) Tetsu Tetsu no Tetsuryuu no keiji (Iron iron: Cage of the Iron Dragon): Kagirinai slams his palms on the ground. Hundreds of bars of metal will shot up around his opponent turning into a large metal cage

Tetsu Tetsu no Tetsuryuu no sou(Iron Iron: Spear of the Iron Dragon): He transforms his arm into a long steel spear, and rapidly stabs at the enemy multiple times.

9) Tetsu Tetsu no Tawa (Iron iron: Tower): Kagirinai places a palm on the ground. a large pillar of metal will shoot up from the ground and travel at high speed to his opponent

10) Tetsu Tetsu no Ryuu (Iron Iron Dragon): kagirinai will create a giant dragon made of completely metal. The beast will lunge at his opponent and try to crush his target in its massive metal jaws

11) Tetsu Tetsu no Kinzoku no mori (Iron iron: Metal Forest): Kagirinai wil place his hand on the ground and cretae a massive forest completely out of metal. The forest will act as a prison. The branches will rapidly extend to impale anyone caught inside the forest to kill them. The forest can be as small as a village or as big as a place like Loguetown

12) Tetsu Tetsu no Kinzoku- Shi (Iron iron: Metal City): Kagirinai will generate a massive cit ymade of metal pillars and skyscrapers. With this in place he can use his metal powers freely and eat ths metal to regain his lost power when it is needed. he can create it from a small cube of metal any metal and make it expand by rapidly expanding the cube creating more metal from it by absorbing the surrounding minerals.

13) Tetsu Tetsu no Dansu sen touken-rui no (Iron iron Dance of a thousand swords): Kagirinai will generate a thousand swords made of metal which he will direct at a wide area of targets or just one and send them raining down on his opponent

14) Tetsu Tetsu no Bunshin (Iron Iron Clone): kagirinai will generate multiple clones from metal

Tetsuryuuken (Iron Dragon Fist) moves

1) Iron Break: Kagirinai will rush his opponent. Metall will wrapp around his entire arm forming pillars that attach themselves. he will punch his opponet. The moment he does the pillars will ech at a time shot forward around where he punched dealing extra damage

2) Iron Palm: Kagirinai will encase his entire right or left hand in metal. The metal will expand in size and he will perform a palm thrust on his opponent the metal dealing extra damag to a wider area of his opponents body.

Tetsuryuutouryuu (Sword of the Iron dragon)

1) Metal Wave: Kagirinai will coat his Odachi nero in any metal in its liquid form. he will deliverr a fast and powerful swing downwards releasing that liqiud. it will turn into a solid blade and cut through the air. he can make it out of any metal but mercury.

Regular Moves

1) Thousand Knives: Kagirinai will appear to throw ten single kunai. But in reality Kagirinai will through one hundred ten way kunai. Kunai that will each split apart into ten new kunai. These hundred split rapidly into a thousand and will rain down around Kagirinai's opponent to turn them into pin cushions.

2) Thousand Shuriken: Kagirinai will throw what appears to be ten shuriken but infact he throws a hundred ten way shuriken. the shuriken will split into ten smaller ones that will move at a faster speed then the originals. The shuriken will turn into a thousand and rain down on kagirinais enemies

3) realm of Shuriken: using wires and shuriken Kagirinai will throw a large number of splitting shuriken a number of 100 to begin with turning one hundred into one thousand shuriken each with a wire attached. He will flick his wrists and send all those shuriken at his opponent to turn them into one giant pin cushion. He can use the wires to control the shuriken to create a large spinning dome of a thousand shuriken around his enemy. he can flick his wrists to send those shuriken flying in all directions

4) Play of swords: Kagirinai will throw thousands of katana into the air. he will have strings attached to the katana allowing him to control them. the swords will spiral around his target forming thousands rows of swords. The swords will be in constant motion around his enemy. The swords will be aimed at his target one by one they will shoot forward trying to impell those insides. Kagirinai will in truth use the swords as a destraction to bind his enemies in wires. Once that is complete he will use a final ten swords to impale those trapped in his wires.

5) Single bombs: Kagirinai will throw a maximum of eight bombs at once at his opponent. They will be arranged in a circle and will be a mix of smoke, poison and exploding bombs. They will all erupt at the same time sending a mix of explosion, poison and smoke at his opponents

6) Double bombs: Kagirinai will throw sixteen bombs. Eight first then another eight. The first eight will be a destraction mixture of smoke and explosive bombs. They will blow four of each. The explosives to draw the enemy in and the smoke bombs to cover them. Another eight explosive bombs will come down in the smoke and explode on his unexpecting foes.

7) Triple bombs: Kagirinai will throw 24 four bombs. Eight then another eight and another eight. The first eight will be four explosive and four smoke bombs. They will explode to draw the enemy into a circle while the smoke bombs consume them in smoke clouds. Four poison and four explosive bombs will; come down inside the smoke and erupt once more. Latly eight explosive bombs will come down landing before bouncing up and exploding in the opponents face

Art of Demise: Kagirinai will throw an assortment of different bombs mini bombs, rocket bombs, dynamite, smoke bombs, grenades, poison bombs at his opponent. he will start by throwing eight rocket bombs each with wire attached with three bombs attached to each a poison, smoke and explosive bomb. The large number of bombs will go off consuming the enemy in explosions, poison clouds and smoke clouds. In those clouds mini bombs will be thrown into the smoke and explode the moment the enter taking the enemies vision away from the ground where multiple bombs will come rolling in and explode around the enemies feet. As they fall thousands of shuriken will come raining down through the poison and smoke clouds

Will seeing to you killed some pirates that weren't high in bounty and did nothing against world government or marines you should get a bounty of maybe 9,000,000 beli but to be a iron man meaning since the marines now of your talent and your fruit they know not to underestimate you giving you a 10,000,000 beli bonus you bounty will be issued in the newspaper this week.
